The Beach Lane Cottage is only a walk of 80-90 steps down a quiet, private lane and pathway to the beautiful Kailua Beach.

The first bedroom is bright and roomy with a king size bed.
The second large bedroom also has a king size bed that can be made into two twin beds.
There is a large bathroom with a tub/shower and a smaller bathroom with a shower in the cabana.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cook top with four burners, a micro wave oven, a large side-by-side fridge, cookware, utensils, plates and pretty glassware.
Enjoy the large open , wooden deck with a and a fresh sea breeze to
cool you down under the trees.
To start you off a supply of paper goods, coffee and tea is in the Cottage on arrival with the compliments of your hosts.
Amenities:
Phone, CableTV, VCR,Washer, Dryer, Linens, Bath and Beach towels are provided.
Boogie boards, Beach chairs and Beach mats are also provided.
Parking is on the property for two cars.
The one bedroom rate ranges from $175.00 to $205.00 plus
taxes.
The two bedroom rate ranges from $195.00 to $250.00 plus taxes.
(Rates are based on the number of occupants.)
Monthly rates are based on the daily rates.
Discounts only apply to the monthly rates.
There is a departure cleaning fee of $90.00
$15.00 (per night) per extra futon.
